So it looks like we won't have to wait long.  The new starter set is coming out on August 25, 2012 according to GW's newest post.

New GW teaser video - Chaos is coming!

So GW put up this teaser with a July 28, 2012 date.  Is this what I thinks it is?

If you go frame by frame, you can see what looks like a Chaos Daemon Prince, a lot of daemons, a Nurgle Plaguebearer, Slaanesh Daemonettes, and others.

So is this the release of Codex: Chaos Space Marines or something else?  One can only hope.
